... writing yet another WAHIYAT blog ...

... can consider another "yestai nai ho" deed - tried to learn MSSQL 2008, if not much at least to create database and make few entries to the table and do some queries .. hmmm not bad actually. Had 3 classes in the morning and as usual, just couldn't keep my eyes open. Thank GOD, optical lab went well and we got all the required result and completed it within a couple of hours. Heard that another section didn't even finish the first stage and will continue it next week again - that means we got a week off, isn't that fantabulous?

Pizza party by Dr. Helder was fun, although couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. Seemingly only my tron lab will be moved to new building this spring break from Crothers, what the heck - new new new all new - good news as well, hoina ta?

... holding the same mood, went for swimming today. 12ft was just waiting for us - calm and cool. Was it due to long gap or else, I inhaled probably a cup full of water today from the pool .. choking most of the time. Infact the under-water dive worked well and breathing wasn't a problem but free-style wasn't in rythm for me today ... anyways... survived and here writing yet another wahiyat blog ...

yeah forgot to mention about risky driving once again - damn the engine stopped in middle of the road - what else can you expect from a car named TRUCK!!!

... need to do what yet to be done!

... feeling unexpectedly tired since last few days. Wasn't sure if I would do it when I said 'YES' as they asked me to coordinate the Entertainment Committee for coming Nepal Nite '09. Looking at the faces staring at me with positive response, I could not deny it. And now here I am compelling myself to fulfill the responsibility and accomplish a successful Nite.

I knew from the beginning that it would be a daunting task to get people ready to work on will, and not to my surprise it is happening. I won't blame them too. Being a student, working our a$$-off completing assignments, preparing for quizes, tests and labs, hardly anyone could think of taking out time to dance, sing or do a drama expecting nothing else but mere a feeling of successful organization of Nepal Nite, which we do take as a pride being alien in foreign land. As an old saying "Jaba paryo raati, aani budhi taati", we have tendency to do things in the eleventh hour only. We are running out of time, but things are getting in shape now, still need lot more effort to get there.

For last three days, I have been practicing a Nepali group dance till 2AM in the morning. Guys are putting great effort to catch up with the steps and rythm. Offcourse none of us are professional dancers, yet we can't ignore the fact that once in stage you got to give the best performance  to receive applauds. So far so good ... lets keep doing the best we can and hope things go merrier as we move further ....
